Companion hair shine and glowing skin

Hello , I have been trying to figure/fix the shininess of a followers hair. She also appears to have glowing skin. She was made using a preset of which when done on the player character none of that happens. Does anyone know what may be causing this issue? Thanks in advance.

the nanako cbbe body also has that weird light level effect, and I had to stop using it, is there just something about anime bodies and light?

Update, I looked at other hairs from other mods and they also appear wet/shiny in Nifscope besides on followers. Look normal on player character. What am I missing?
