I want to learn how to tag animations

  So what I want to do is to be able to tag animations from certain creators, for example.  There are alot of vaginal climax animations that don't put the cum on the vagina because it doesn't have the proper tag.  I want to know what I need to use to go into the .package file and edit the animation so I can properly tag any animations that are missing tags.

I think you can already do this with WW.
When having sex, press SHIFT and click on the sim.

Then go to WW menu and there you can edit the sex animation data.
