Announcements for what? I can't tell you how to get rid of them unless you tell me which announcements you mean. Are they from the game itself, or from WW?

As it is, I can try to guess what you mean, but for the future, the more information you give about a problem, the easier it is for others to help you fix it. That you haven't given much information is probably why no one else has responded.

 

If you mean the event announcements like for festivals and things like Cupid's Corner, Social Bunny, and ThriftTea, Zero has a mod I use called "Nuke Useless Notifications & Discovery Quests". It can be found near the bottom of this post.

If you mean the pop-ups from Lovestruck asking if you want to go on a date and stuff like that, they can be turned off in the in-game settings.

If you mean the "ask for sex" pop-up boxes, those can be turned off in the sex settings for WW.

That's still not specific enough for me to help. What do these announcements say? What are they telling you? What actions trigger them?
