question about making custom tongues

Hi, i was trying to add a custom tongue to WW using this guide: https://turbodriver.itch.io/wickedwhims/devlog/137359/support-for-custom-cas-parts

but I'm a little confused on one part. it says i need to add super affordances tuning to the tongue, but where? in the same tuning xml where you put the name and author and stuff? i looked at the tongues included in WW, as well as some custom tongues not included in WW, and neither of them have super affordances in that tuning file, so im guessing that's not it. is that info outdated?
