sim has blue splotches ontop of her eyes when naked

so i've recently noticed everytime i have a sim get naked these weird blotches appear over the eyes. 

any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it ? thx

Probably broken CC of some kind. I'd try using Tray Importer to browse through the CC affected Sims are listed as using; it might help you narrow down the cause.

That means your Sim has an accessory that overlaps the eyelashes on the texture map. Try removing all body accessories, piercings, etc.
