Problem with spying on enemies

Short version, my sim is a mischievous little bastard and has made his fair share of enemies in his neighborhood. He's also nosey and peeps/spies on other sims houses using WW. When he peeps on other sims and sees them having sex, he gets an angry moodlet, which in and of itself I don't mind. What is a pain is when he gets this angry moodlet saying he hates seeing his enemies having sex, he can't peep in anywhere anymore while the moodlet is active. I don't care if he's angry, I don't care if he becomes enraged, but is there any way to keep allowing the sim to peep while this is active?

You could delete the angry or any moodlet that you don't want if you have the UI cheats extension mod by weerbesu
