Is broken "Complex Save Data" a problem on a unplayed save?

I'm still creating my world, none of the sims i intend to play are present, im just building lots. Will this error be a problem going forward?

I understand this has been an issue for some time now, just make sure you save your game from Live Mode, never from Create a World.

 

It probably appeared because you were saving from Create a World while creating lots, use a temporary household and save from Live Mode until you finish creating your world.
