AAF Home/F11 key not working.

Okay so here's the deal, I have all of the requirements that are listed, I have animation packs, I have combat mods, I have pretty much everything. I have add-ons and that functionality as well. All the menu stuff, I'm basically sure I have everything. I could be wrong, and I'm going to share my mod list, and if I am wrong, please point it out to me. 

 

So here's what's going on, when I hit the f11 button, which on a 7490 Dell latitude is in fact the home button, it does nothing. The windows home button also does nothing common fact it just pulls me out of the game. So with AAF, and the home mini button functionality, what is the issue here? I need to be able to hit f11 and pull up the AAF menu to get everything started, but I cannot do that, because every time I hit the f11 button, nothing happens. Doesn't matter if I have my controller plugged in or not.

Yeah I use controller a Nintendo Pro hardwired etc and a hardwired gaming keyboard-  my F11 did not work either.  Butvit reads Or Home Button- every Keyboard has a premapped Home key.   I did look itvup tho. In case I needed to map something.   K.i.s.s. bab6.  Keep it Simple
