req Eternal Strands nude mod?

Eternal Strands on Steam

 

I think it's UE5... I'm not sure if that would make it harder or easier to mod, but here is to hoping that someone can be the hero that we don't deserve and make a nude mod for this game.

Very positive on Steam, and reviews I've heard are that it's pretty solid for AA game.

The gameplay is pretty fun so far, keen to see if any mod artists will add some skimpy content to make the game fully playable though

There is even a "remove" clothing option if they can get the undergarments invisible.

When Brynn talks to Casmyn (to change her equipment), there is a "remove" option (see the red box in the bottom right of the pic).

But  you can only strip down to  your undergarments. If there were a mod that made the undergarments invisible, we would be golden.

Excellent. I don't have that skill though. But if you throw some nipples on there, I'm sure we would all be grateful.

God, texture maps drive me crazy sometimes. Here's a quick "proof of concept" nude texture and sprite edit. I'm not good at complete 2D overhauls, though. 

 

Could definitely give her more 'detail' down there with some mesh editing.

That looks pretty damn good, actually. Please keep it up. Would love to play the game with this model.

Spent hours trying to get this to work. Had to override the function that masks parts of the body when equipping armor, figure out how to set up custom materials (((Pain))), and that's not counting the modelling or texturing time, lol. At least it's all working now.

Anyway, here's some good progress for you all!

Those are base game, I personally quite like them.

How's this though? Made it softer all around... it wouldn't be too much trouble to upload both versions anyhow. 😊

A little off-topic ... Would it be also possible to create a proper nude mod for Avowed? It is currently only possible to see the nude body (barbie doll) with ReShade.

Removing the face paint is easy, I could probably package that with this mod.

 

Slutty outfits would make a lot of sense as I feel like playing this game literally naked with no armor probably isn't the best way to go about it, lol. I'm hoping we get a few more people to create mods for this game.

I can have a look at that game sometime if no one else wants to do it. UE5 makes modding games very easy. ((Unless they have checks in place, but I doubt that for a single-player game.))

 

 

Mod should be going out fairly soon. I'm currently testing some UI, and trying to find a better solution for masking/clipping issues with other armors.

Great work and really appreciate anything you do for this to get some mods going. I think ppl should slow down on personal requests and let the people who choose to mod these games do their thing. If they want specific feedback I'm sure the modder will ask. Thanks again for the effort and work!

Mods are ready... but of course Nexus decides to tank its servers right before I press upload. I've got the status page open and will upload them ASAP.

 

I appreciate any suggestions! However, I am not inclined to work on anything for the male characters.

Right now the two main ideas are: UI/Sprite changes, and some nude NPC models (this will take some time).

 

BTW If anyone feels up for the task of editing some sprite images, I can help with getting them into the game. 99% of them are the same one pose with different facial expressions.
