Climax category settings

So I'm trying to change the settings to make it such that sex doesn't end until climax, but I decide when the climax happens. I have settings this way: 

 

Sex settings -> sex interactions -> sex progression -> "controlled sex progression" is checked. 

 

Sex settings -> sex interactions -> sex duration -> player sex duration -> "climax finish" is checked. 

 

Sex settings -> sex interactions -> sex animations -> "climax sex animations" is checked. 

 

If I'm understanding their descriptions correctly, the first settings gives me control of when to switch categories, which is working. The second setting requires a climax animation to end sex, also working. The third setting changes climax to a separate category, which I don't think is working for this specific case. The animation proceeds directly into climax without any prompt for me to choose. I'm on version 183a if that matters.

I was looking at the settings in my own game, and I wonder if you go to "sex settings -> sex interactions -> sex progression -> sex animations progression" and set it to "disable sex progression" if it would work? The description says it'll ensure sex animations don't change on their own.

Unfortunately that didn't help. Something I did notice was that, when given the prompt to move on to the next animation category, if I denied the request, it would sequence through animation categories until it got to climax. This is the only way I have been able to get the game to recognize climax at is own separate category. 

 

Also, something else I noticed is that the prompts only appear once. For example, if you start with teasing, and the next sequence animation is oraljob, it will ask you if you want to continue. If the next animation is footjob, it will also ask for permission. If the fourth animation is another to her oraljob, it will NOT ask for permission and instead just continue on. I think whatever is going on behind the scenes here may be the reason why climax does not get recognized as a category more often than not

That's very strange, and your theory sounds very plausible to me. I have no idea where one would begin to fix this issue, but hopefully it gets fixed in a future update.
