penis issue double penis bug?

my male sims keep having this second soft penis appear, its there even when wearing clothes and nothing I've done so far has fixed it even temporarily. I've tried changing the meshes, changing to a vagina then back, resetting and using better exceptions. it doesn't seem to affect the game in any other way its just annoying. does anyone know what's going on or have had this happen to them?

Consider it an advantage, lol.

 

Does this happen to all Sims or just this particular one? If only this one, try looking through accessories like hats, scarves, rings, etc for that extra penis. If you can't find anything, try to fully strip your sim in CAS and look if it disappears or not.

And if this happen to all your male Sims, you probably have two penis mesh mods that conflict with each other. Try to look through your mod folder and delete the one you don't need.

SKarrds Perverted Expansion mod is conflicting with another mod you added into your game that adds a bulge to the pants... 

Either remove that, or go to Skarrds Patreon and get the updated version of his mod. (this will not fix that problem, however it will allow 

for the option to turn off the bulge in his mod.) 

I would just find the other bulge mod and remove it.

Just letting you know I had this issue.  I found it was tied to a trait in the wicked whims selector, it's a specific mod but I can't pin it down to which one.  If you have this, I had it permeantly stuck on my sim.   The only way I found to get rid of it is to erase all traits from your sim, take your sim into CAS, create a twin sibling sim, copy over all the skin and custom cc in CAS, then erase the other sim and save this as your new sim.

Just out of curiosity, what trait was it? Just curious as it would help track down what mod it comes from.

I fixed it by removing the mod "The Perverted Expansion Pack Skarrds" 👌

Can confirm same issue seems like the bulge thing and wickedwhims is not playing nice together
