I had a issue with my 2080super and 4070ti
if I had vysnc on, it went away for me with vsync off

I tried enabling sync on my monitor and turned on G-Sync Compatible mode in the Nvidia Control Panel. I also locked Genshin Impact's frame rate close to my monitor's refresh rate in the Nvidia driver settings, but the issue still persists. The stuttering usually occurs when I first teleport to a new area and then move the camera. It's not very noticeable in Mondstadt and Inazuma, but it's especially obvious in the open-world areas of Natlan and Fontaine. :(

This is normal behavior for un-modded genshin: after a clean install, version update, GPU driver update, or manually purging nvidia shader directory.

If it persists each time you load the game then something is wrong, but don't be alarmed if it happens after the fore-mentioned events.

It can't hurt to be sure your shader cache isn't full:

> NVidia Control PaneL

> Manage 3D settings

> Global Settings

> Shader Cache Size (variable)

Default shader cache location should be: [user]\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

Compare directory size vs NVCPL variable and embiggen it if needed.

Alright, that might be an interesting angle. I've looked up some related information on Google, and some cases do point to the Nvidia shader cache. Plus, I’ve noticed that every time I reinstall my graphics drivers, the first time I visit a certain location in the game tends to be much more stuttery than before, but it improves significantly afterward. I just checked and my shader cache folder is currently about 1.5 GB in size. I'll now change the shader cache size in the Nvidia Control Panel from the drive's default setting to "unlimited," and test it out for a while to see how it goes. thx!

So no matter what fix I apply I can't fix this issue with the hair on any Furina mod with the issue. Would anyone know how to resolve this?

In the furina.ini file, press Ctrl+F to find [CommandListFurinaPonytailHead] and add run = CommandList\global\ORFix\NNFix to each `if` statement.

This fixed my Varesa and Skirk, follow the instructions from the first comment, make a new file and add it to the two mod folders.
