I honestly believe I do. I have kept the tab you posted open since last year, and kept it open as they had these last two changes in lay-out. I always had trouble opening the mods from the homepage, so I kept the thread open with translation to English, hover the cursor over the post, see the image, and open the post if it is what I'm interested in. I was just now trying to make sure that this is exactly what is happening and figured out that the homepage is random. Every time you reload it will show you different pictures, not the last ones posted as I thought. It shows some older posts and not only Genshin, but ZZZ, Wuwa, and whatnot. I recommend that you just keep the thread to the game you want to follow - there's a SFW and a NSFW thread for Genshin - and just reload it and check if the new posts on top interest you.

The translation can be a bit weird. Rauma is Lauma, for example. Inepa is Ineffa, Ganwoo is Ganyu, etc...

You might have to set it back to Korean to copy the download link, because sometimes the translation messes up the scrambled characters in the base64 code.

I sometimes copy and paste the image on ChatGPT and ask for clarification about the hint for the password if it's not foolproof. If I still can't figure it out, I ask for help here and some kind Korean/Japanese soul will tell us what the password is.

So I haven’t played since like 5.5 ish 5.6 and just came back. All my mods were working so it was pretty chill. I finally got to Easybreeze Holiday Resort and all my NPC mods seem to be broken only on that island? Is this a common thing that happens on this island? The mod just makes all npc girls nude.

TL;DR is that the Natlan island uses the same type of NPC models from the "High" crowd density settings to fill in space to make it more lively as a resort. Those models are missing a blend and one other hash (can't remember which off the top of my head) so the mods break when they try to place the mod since there are matches, just not all of the correct matches. The only way to stop it is simply turn the mod off or modify the .ini file to check if a blend hash exists and turn it off if that blend hash is missing (it's very buggy). You can't really exclude the island specifically since the region check sees the island as just Natlan and not a unique region.

This looks like the mod from NetNiceNiece (https://gamebanana.com/mods/480672), except for the long hair. Never seen this version. Maybe an unknown alternation? 

(I use the one from NetNiceNiece myself, but with tats and transparency mask^^)

I got this a couple of times yesterday morning, then started playing without mods. Then in the evening tried again and it's been alright since then.

adding orfix was correct but you only want to add it to parts with a normalmap. then the wrong reflection was caused by the old reflection fix which looks like this 

$CharacterIB = 1
ResourceRefHeadDiffuse = reference ps-t1
ResourceRefHeadLightMap = reference ps-t2

and then everything at the bottom of the ini starting with "; Version 1.0.0 AGMG Tool Developer Version 3 Shader Fixer".
to automatically fix those things you can try the orfix applier.
another problem with that mod was the outdated normalmap. most shouldnt be yellow anymore. this has new flat ones + instructions

If you dunno where to put, look in the right hand corner for the settings option while on the genshin tab

That "fix" is finnicky, doesn't really work for me and most people I know. XXMI is dead for Genshin, just use 3dmigoto and hope that Hoyo doesn't target it next.
