Running OCBP with CBBE 3BBB and framerate goes down to 15FPS in Diamond City

Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? I set FemaleOnly to 1. I used the no armor to use in the preset. 

 

I know in Skyrim, FastSMT (is that the name?) limits the animation to only an area around the PC (or that may be another mod... not sure). Is there something like that for Fallout?

Check the ini file. It may be set to all female NPCs of which there are still several in Diamond City.

 

Just to test, set it to player only and see if you still have issues. If you do, it may be something else.

It is set to. all female NPCs. If I set that to 0, and male to 0, then it effects no one, right?

Well you would want to apply it to females and then set the "Player Only" option to 1.

But my character is not female, so why set player only?

My bad, I thought you were playing a female character.
