New to Sims, and tryign to do the FLR/bbc/cuckold stuff

Wife got me started on sims, I got her started on Moding, and tryign to do the bbc/flr/cuckold stuff but things not working.

 

I've downloaded A LOT of mods (most clothing and art) But the chasity and femdom/pegging stuff seams not to work. somehow female is locked, and so is male, but the male has no problem using his cock, I got female set to top and male bottom.  (oh and a baby happend with in first few min of game)
