WCIF a mod that expands on pregnancy?

I remember several years ago, mods existed that made Sims have both positive and negative moodlets regarding pregnancy, anything like that compatible with WW that still exists?

Lumpinou's RPO mod has several modules that could do this, including one for pregnancy preferences (you can set if your Sim wants to get pregnant or not, etc.) and side-effects from pregnancy. It works with WW, but read the instructions for whatever modules you chose carefully, as at least one or two require you to make sure the pregnancy settings in WW are set not to override otherwise modded pregnancy stuff.
