Now, onto new ideas for this, since we have a trending problem trying to find a way to work around the locked space suits, I wanted to repost my whole list here, along with some new ideas. Among things I have seen in Starfield, I was wondering if we could have the Brain creatures and plants added into my list of things to make people "weird." Also, finding a way to spread some of this stuff in the game to various systems could be rather amusing. In the original thread, someone else pointed out the "Decontamination" aspect of space travel and that makes for a fun "Oops, I forgot..." mechanic. Although, we could make the showers already in game work for some of this, and general cleanliness. Also, where do we stand with new bodies now that we're in year two of Starfield? Anyway, more ideas: - With functional showers, we can add pheromones and other chemical agents to the status effects, and use the showers as a mechanic to clean off your spacesuits or body from contamination that might affect the crew. (Arguably, we could add a decontamination module as well, as custom ship modules are a common mod type now). - How bad is human Xenophobia in Starfield REALLY? Because if it's completely benign, this won't work, but if there is enough of it, maybe having a "Criminal-esque" status effect for contamination and mutation affecting prices and such when shopping, maybe get people to want to shun you to a degree. As long as we aren't looking at Warhammer 40k levels of xenophobia- (actually...) - A "Xenophobia" mod for difficulty (apparently, things can be added to the "Gameplay Options" menu fairly easily from what I've seen) that allows you to set the interactions from Xenophilic to Xenophobic, and have varying degrees of each, even with contamination cleansed. Maybe the Xenotransformatives make people want to proposition you behind closed doors, and at the other end, extreme xenophobes will want to place a bounty on you and hunt or kill you. - Maybe breeding could come back? (Estrus Chaurus anyone?) This is my latest few ideas, as I don't have the skills (or time to develop them right now) to create these things. Any thoughts? 3

I've been looking for some high quality showering/washing animations but haven't found any yet. I don't mind spending a bit of money on them either, so if you help me find some (preferrably mocapped) I'll buy them and put them ingame. Or if you know of a game that has a well made showering animation (even if it's a cutscene), I could look into ripping them? 4
