JimUpdating Posted January 22, 2025 Posted January 22, 2025 if it was FNIS, I'd expect t-posing and errors. If you're character is able to move arms and legs, even if they aren't moving, then the system has found working animations. So it is unlikely to be (just) FNIS, something else is triggering. I would suggest checking which check boxes you have active in FNIS, just to remove the warnings. You should have Gender and Skeleton selected, and that should be it. You should not have tktk1 patch selected unless you actually have it installed. Rerun FNIS, and that should clear the warnings. It's unlikely to have solved the issue though. As the system still thinks you can walk (it plays a walk animation?) but with no movement, I'd look more for something that has debuffed speed to zero. try triggering god mode (console with ~ , then tgm to toggle god mode on/off), which removes encumbrance, and see if you can more. check for active spell effects on the status screen (the final submenu on the magic menu with alteration, destruction, shouts). check mods that can apply debuffs, such as apropros, or wear and tear, or a fill her up/pearl juice/pregnancy, or a survival mod. These could all be applying a penalty that has stacked up.
JimUpdating Posted January 22, 2025 Posted January 22, 2025 my other usual advice is to install SexLab EagerNPCs - it has a hotkey to trigger a solo animation, which is a good check of whether SL/SLAL/animation packs are all connected

You also posted this in the wrong forum. This is the Technical Support forum for classic Skyrim/LE. which is likely why you have received such an anemic response - that and you don't seem to want to read your own log file. Next time post your issue in the technical support forum for your game version.
