Error Notice in Sims 4 on Wicked Whims mods

Hello all, 

 

I have recently had an issue regarding WW mods and honestly, I am not sure whether it's the mod or the game itself. I have tried the method of removing mods file out but somehow it still work in the game for some reason...like my animation mods or cc outfit, even after I remove them they are still there in the game?? so now I am out of idea on how to figure out the issue. The error notice says its because of ww mods is outdated and I tried to download the newest file multiple times and it still says the same. i am not sure if there is maybe problems with the script or tray folder maybe? or some other issue that I am unaware of...

 

 

also I am attaching this image because i found it weird the logo of sims, it starts glitching like this after i updated sims 4 and figured it might be conflicting with some of the mods. I know the other options is to completely redownload everything including the game to clear the issue but I just didnt want to invest it that option its too much going back to get resources.

I feel like the mods have messed up even with the game itself, I cannot even have conversation because there is no option for me to do so.

The loading screen error is a known one. It's because the screen itself it outdated, from before the Life & Death patch. I'd see if it's been updated; if not and you still want to use it, there's a fix here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/loading-screen-115393798

 

As for the other issues, do you have a cloud program like OneDrive? It's known to cause mods to remain after seemingly being deleted – I don't know all the details because I don't use OneDrive or anything like it, but I know many people have had such an issue. Also, are you ensuring you clear your cache files after every time you play? If not that can cause problems.

 

It may also help to upload the error files you're getting so we can see them for ourselves.
