I don't think there are any animations packs strictly for masturbation. Why not just download WW, disable sex autonomy, and just use the masturbation animations when you want to? Then you'll never have to see the sex animations if you don't want to.

Just responding again to add there is *one* masturbation mod I know of, but I don't think it's what you want, because it sounds like you want animations that you can actually see. But just in case you, or anyone else is interested, NateTheL0ser has "YouHoo"... it basically uses the "Cry In Bed" animation (and sound effects, according to comments) but gives custom moodlets.
