Need help with Arousal gain in sex FNV

In sex my male character for whatever reason can't cum from sex, his arousal just stays at 1/4 the whole time. For some reason his arousal will move only from blowjobs. I adjusted my character Arousal gain in MCM Spunk lists, it made a difference but still my character only gets halfway to cumming. On my other character that's female, there's no Arousal issue, however I don't have the Mo Hair mod, and another ESP mod that makes a body adjustment. I don't think that's the problem though, don't know why that would affect Arousal and nothing else. My suspicion is one of the Spunk perks is bugged, the big dick one. female NPCs cum from sex like 3 times but my character doesn't lol. Tried to adjust sex length but it makes no difference.

Having a similar issue myself. Female pc/npc's will generally nut multiple times, but my male pc will eventually get to a point where he'll just stop nutting altogether. I've also encountered other related issues, and I suspect that they're all related to at least one of Spunk's components. Not only male pc, but male npc's will stop cumming altogether. Tried it with the perks for npc's (or whatever it's called) in the mcm, both off and on. Its starts slowly at first and through repeated acts just stops altogether. The meter will never advance, or if it does its VERY slow, specifically (for me anyway) at about 1/4 to 1/2. 

Female pcs will run into similar problems if first few sex acts involved lesbian or solo. I had a female pc in a playthrough I've long since deleted who started off banging men, then masturbated once and banged a chick once and then, when banging other guys, arousal meter was stuck at about 3/4. It my most recent playthrough, my female pc would never cum except from anal acts. I've tried screwing around with multiple settings to see what would happen; only thing I've determined so far is that, once the problem manifests, it never goes away.
