How to make a custom NPC replacer with High Poly Head

So I downloaded this mod with NPCs that have vanilla low poly head, then I follow this tutorial to change the NPCs' appearance and so far it works fine but the tutorial can't be applied with High Poly Head. When I try to do that the NPCs' head just flickering controllably. My question is how can I make changes to these NPCs with High Poly Head. Thanks in advance !

You have to change the head part in the esp so they match the number of Vertices found in the nif file. And this headpart has to match the tri file.
So in the High Poly Head mod you will find headparts form name, add this to the NPC Headparts in the esp.
And you have to rename the DynamicTriShape names in the nif file to match the headparts form name.
