If you use "Sims 4 tray Importer", it can identify the cc and you can then remove it, or at the very least find out what it is.

I removed the penis stuff and its still there

yeah but how do I find out when I search up dick,penis or cock it does not show this thing at all

I'd start in CC deselecting all CC content, and see if that removes the issue, then add everything back on one by one. Including any customer eyes, finger nails, hair, tattoos.
