Before reinstalling all the mods in the Sims, in my game, while the character was having sex, there was a function that allowed the Sim to give any auxiliary item/accessory for animations (sex toys, phones, food, etc.), it was also possible apply various marks to the Sim’s skin (blush, pussy juice running down the legs, and so on). This was a separate tab in the selection of actions. I don't know, maybe this is a feature of wicked whims or a separate mod.
