Missing Items

Has anyone else recently had issues with some game/pack items just not appearing when you place them?  I've noticed this with the shower in Horse Ranch, the Onsen lockers in Snowy Escape and the school lockers in High School Years, though I've not really gone digging for anything else.  I had thought this was a mod conflict, so was going to wait until after the update yesterday to see about getting it sorted, but with the update mods and CC were switched off and yet these items still aren't there.

 

Anyone else been finding issues like this, is it still a mod conflict (even with mods switched off) or is there a bug issue I need to report?

 

Any advice/info would be appreciated.

I haven't had this issue. Do you get a Last Exception or any kind of visible error message, or do they just not appear? Also, have you tried repairing the game through the EA app?

I've learned its a common bug, so a switch to DX11 solved it.

Are there any other solutions? It seems impossible for my computer to switch to DX11 (at least I still do not figure it out through all my efforts), and I've been suffering from this "item missing" problem for centuries , even in your residential area packs. I've been downloading and unpacking and relocating over and over again just to make sure that everything 's at the right place but it still pumping error messages like "xxx items missing" or "xxx items substituded". It really exhausts me.

Sorry for interrupying again🫣Through all the troubleshooting I was wondering if the DLC packs matter? Maybe there are DLCs I do not have leads to all the problems I had. Could you please let me know which DLC does your mod packs need?🤕

I believe if items are missing or replaced from any TS4 content you download then it is because you don't have all the packs included in the builds.  I've been asked about this before and I'll start including the packs I use in my builds, I do plan on going through all those I've already posted and updating the descriptions to include that but life has gotten in the way.
