MCM is not showing up in game

I have anniversarry edtion and i downloaded all needed mods in the anniversary edtiitio but vortex is telling me that i need special edition?

If you are using Vortex, try using the Manual Download option and select Mod Manager Download. Select top choice. That's what I had to do.

Whatever the ann edition vers is. choose that 1, sry. I think its the top 1

Just to be clear, I always check with Manual Downloads 1st to see if there are any special properties to mods such as patches and such that may be related to the mad. Just remember, it's not always beneficial bc it can cause confusion if you are new to modding.

I haven't been able to play Skyrim on my computer in a few years, but I do remember having major problems with Vortex and being told to use Mod Organizer 2 instead, and that fixed all the issues I had that weren't user error (ie my own fault), so if you're still having issues, I'd suggest you try using that instead.
