Need Help with Makeup Modding

Greetings! Ive recently gotten into modding and doing minor texture edits for costumes and the main point of this thread; Makeup.

No matter if its for Kasumi, Ayane, Mai etc, the face mods I made for them all work perfectly fine, but for whatever reason, they make the face more reflective, which causes a neck seam to appear, to the part of their neck, where it is not as shiny/reflective.

I assume it must be something with the specular map, but I never touched that when replacing the textures with mine, so I am unsure what the problem is and I can't find many tutorials specifically going over makeup/face edits.

Ive tried posting on Nexus, asking modders on DeviantART, but so far they either couldn't help or no responses, if anyone happens to know if or how I can fix this, please let me know! ;_;
