Separate argonian body mesh to be unique for them

I don't know if the title explains itself, my english is very poor. I need help to separate argonian bodies to make them uniques for them (not making a custom race to make me clear)

There is a mod out there that separates all race bodies to be unique https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32045?tab=description

But I don't know how it works because I have no experience in modding XD

 

I want to do this because I want to add the claws variant for argonians from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/78090?tab=description

The bad thing from that mod is that I have to choose either so... I need help
