My Skyrim AE Isn't working :(

I have made sure all of the masters that are needed are downloaded and all warnings have been cleared, but when I boot my game up and click continue, it just loads in the loading screen till it eventually cuts to black when it would normally just load my game.

I would categorize that as a freeze. Unless you already know how to swing a debugger, the practical approach to a freeze is going to be to remove mods until the issue goes away.
