Not getting emails about content updates

So I'm not up to date on whether the email notifications about content updates are still a thing, but the problem is that in the notifications tab, it only shows the 10 latest notifications. Anything older is not viewable anymore.

 

So if I receive a lot of version/content updates, I eventually start missing out on them. When the email notifications still worked, I could just go email by email to update all the content, but now I just miss out because I don't know what was updated.

 

Maybe I'm blowing this out of proportion, but I would still be thankful for a solution.
