Is there a way to get a armor like this??

its none of the designs ive seen so far.

 

could be done by using the mage-robes and elven armor as a base.

 

i pass this request though, armors take like 3 - 7 full days for me between design and release, and its not orcish enough for me

 

what about giving it a shot yourself?

I believe one of the members currently working on the Credo mod over at the Nexus has tried his hand at making it, and last i checked he had made some pretty good progress. There is a caviot worth noting though (besides the fact i don't remember his name, sorry its really late/early here - i'll find it later if you can't); and that is he has, as far as i know, halted work on it because he has since become a member of Credo, so it is unlikely he'll release it himself.

 

I know its not really much of a help, but at least you know someone was already working on it now. =P
