Request: Fallout 3/NV Styled slave clothes/collar

Got a request/question. A requestion. I've been looking for who knows how long for a mod that ports over the Slave Clothes from Fallout 3's Pitt DLC. And I've not really had much luck.
These ones, specifically.

Also, any pointers towards any mods that might introduce some basic tattered rags similar to these would be vastly appreciated, too! It'd be nice to have some dress-like alternatives to the base FO4 one.

 

And/or a mod that restores the current FO4 collar to the size/bulk of the previous games' collars.
In 4, they're rather small, and clip into the neck a lot. Whereas in 3/NV, they were rather large.
Bugs the hell out of me, haven't found much in the way of resizing them, though.

 

And... one last question, there's a mod I've been wanting to use alongside a few other outfits. I feel like a fix for this might be simple, so I'm throwing this in at the bottom in case there's anyone a bit more savvy than I that could help.
I would LOVE to have the shackles from this mod turned into their own induvial wrist/neck/ankle slot items instead of an entire 1-piece outfit, if that's possible.
I feel it might be, but I'd like some pointers or guidance.
