Mod that could multitask WW and standard actions?

Just wondering if there is a mod that could turn WW animation only into some kind of multitask actions.

 

For example that conversations while cooking.

 

So we can actually has Workout progress while having WW, rather than just animated as one.
Even Writing/Art/Gaming while given Oral/Foreplay, so it won.t just be the WW animation, but do actually progressing the Writing/Art/Gaming task.
