looking for some help with making a mod for fallout 4 i want to change the billboards textures  i have the images but i have no clue on whare or how to even start a bit of help would be very appreciated dm me if you are interested

You just need to find the file path of the bill board image you want to replace.

 

Use the Sexplicit Textures mod as an example:

You'll see that it replaces a lot of the billboards (and many other things).
