I finally get to release this mod. Meet Rumi aka Lapis Lazuli, she is a frost mage that can be found at High Hrothgar. I originally planned to release her during Christmas day but ended up delayed due to using bad meshes and it took me quite a while to troubleshoot it. Nevertheless, she is now available for download and I hope you guys enjoy it.

Wow, she reminds me of Rei from Neon Genesis Evangelion... Maybe you can make a version for that, with red eyes and bluer hair and maybe different fighting style...

I would take that into consideration..... No guarantee I would make one since my schedule is rather busy and it hinder my progress in making follower.
