On the right you have the green download button, this sim has 8 parts, just download them all and unzip the files together, let me know if you don't know how to put a sim in the game :))

there will be 5 files that start with 0x — those go in the Tray folder; Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ Tray. Lastly, the Mods folder contains all the cc the sim has, and it should go into your Mods folder Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
When you do that the sim should be in your gallery :))

Brother, when I downloaded 8 files, should I extract all the files?

Until you show me the one that starts with 0x in Tray and finally which starts rar in Mod

yes, extract them all at the same time
