during conversation, NPCs did little to no gesture problem

In vanilla Skyrim, every time you pick a dialogue a gesture animation will play for a NPC but for some reason mine don't or rarely do it. It kinda annoying since I download some gesture animation mod using OAR but can't get them to work because of this

I don't know if AI Overhaul SSE is the problem or not since it said in the compatibility section that any mod that changes NPC is incompatible and I have a tons of them
