[Mod Creation] Kind soul able to explain how to relocate a slider?

I'm wanting to take a slider from one package, and move/use them in a different .package, not just mod the sliders within one package.

 

Cmar's Morphmaker mentioned in this topic. and I found  this guide.

 

I think I'm able to move slider locations OK, by selecting SIM MODIFIERs  (step 2 ish).

But how do I get these modifiers from one package into another, please?

 

hokusai26 slider compilation appears to have done this numerous times but I'm lost, unable to find an "import sim modifier" button.
