Looking for a mod that can "equip" NPC

I'm looking for a mod that allows NPCs to be equipped with armor, rather than the mod Defeat or something like that which simply removes the target NPC, giving you an equipped bag and announcing that the bag contains the NPC you are carrying. Instead, I would like a mod that provides a similar experience to carrying Mama on your back in Death Stranding. With this mod, you should be able to carry NPCs on your back while they still retain the ability to talk with you, but they won't engage in battles. Just like this:
