Alignment issues only for PC and only on specific animation types

Ok friends I need some help. I think I might have a real brain tickler of a problem on my hands. So as of yesterday I noticed that there are alignment issues on my animations. But only on oral, handjob and non penetration animations and the others are fine. Thought it was a preset problem since it was thoroughly fiddled with in the body scales tab on Race Menu. Switch back to my old preset and the problem was still there. Ok so get rid of some of the new mods and after one Thanos snap the problem still remained. (Sidenote the even actor heights and remove high heel offset were on).

And then came the old song and dance of finding the culprit. New Game - still there; Use a fresh unedited Skyrim preset with not race menu or bodyslide changes - yup still a problem; Disable all script mods and animation mods not related to SL - nada; Disable all mods but the 20 odd that are needed to get the ENB and SL running - no dice.

So in frustration I compromised with minimal clipping by setting my character's scale to 0.97 (why that worked I have no idea), and then by accident Defeat triggered and my companion went down against a draugr... only to find out that it was one of the animations I was testing and perfectly aligned. Went to test the others on NPCs and yup all were running perfectly.

Then for the first time I noticed something that I have no idea how it happens. My character, and only my character gets scaled down twice. As the animation is loading its synced to 1:1 and then right before the animation starts my character dips by like half a head on a draugr. And it all happens in a blink and you will miss it moment. All presets, all races and all changes to body size and height have the same thing happen. Anyone got an idea what in the sweet name of fuck is going on?
