Well, I'm not good at reading these files, but I can tell you right away you have a fully updated game but an outdated version of WW. You have v181c and the current public release is 183a. Try updating it.

Yeah I keep downloading the new ver but it wont switch to it for some reason?? I have the old one completely deleted

Do you have OneDrive or some other cloud program? They're notorious for replacing people's Sims  folders with older versions, causing all sorts of issues.
