Random outfit change and greyed out penis during sex.

Hello, I'm having a really annoying glitch happen in my game. During sex my receiving sim will randomly put on a new outfit and all their outfits get reset and randomized, or the genitals get greyed out and I see a soft penis combined with a hard one which is weird. I can't use the 50/50 method cause I don't know how to recreate the glitch as it happens randomly and doesn't always happen. I tried to change the genitals back which doesn't work, and I try to change the outfit which also doesn't work. Everything is up to date, WW and MCCC and I checked all my game-play mods. Please help.

It took awhile but I figured out which mod was giving me this issue.
