Nude berserker / Bodypaints mod?

I think there is one mod ( Dibellan Defender) that gives you buffs if you're nude, but it doesn't really achieve what I'm thinking of.

Basic idea is that you apply bodypaint to your character, and different types give you different bonuses ( like a really strong buff to magic, combat, stealth, etc). There are a boatload of mods on nexus that let you add a lot of different paint, tattoos, etc to your character. 

Otherwise you'd still get the same perks/level up as with light armor.

Anyone know of something similar?
