FCO - Fully Customizable Outfits

Does FCO add brand new items, that you can mix and match? Or does it basically edit the vanilla clothes? I ask because I don't want it to conflict with another vanilla clothing mod I use.

It edits vanilla clothing. It says in the mod description. ;)

Were you referring to this quote by any chance?:

Made me think vanilla clothes were altered or replaced, but I wasn't sure. Do you use the mod? If so, are the vanilla clothes still available?

It doesn't edit vanilla clothing, it adds new clothing items based on vanilla clothing.

 

It also optionally edits Levelled Lists and Outfits (the records that hold what clothes an NPC wears, not the clothes themselves) to distribute the clothes to NPCs, vendors, and containers.
