I can't login to my vectorplexis account nor make a new account

I can't seem to login my vectorplexis, I always get an error code of EX144 . And If I try to make a new account it says my name mail is already used even though I'm pretty sure I never used these before. Since I can't ask these in vectorplexis I thought It wouldn't be bad to ask here in case someone might know.

So... what you've done is the equivalant of going to mcdonalds to ask for a refund on a burger you bought at burger king. 

 

They have a discord that you can find with an easy google search. There youll find everything you need

You can't get discord server link if you are not logged in that's one of the problems here.
