Before anyone else started to argue about this being stupid or not. I'll say yes, its stupid, and likely ridiculous to nonsense.

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but Kritical has a "Feeding Machine" that your Sims can drink cum from to fill their hunger. Not sure about hydration, though.

Thanks for the heads up. Checked it out just now, unfortunately, I prefer more of Give-and-Take relations, rather than Dom-or-Sub for that part.
