Actually I just experienced exactly the same damn thing a few days ago, turned out it's a problem with outdated SMIM and the newest ELFX, do you happen to have both? I was using 1.59 version of SMIM and the compatible SMIM mesh from the latest ELFX0.42 is based on SMIM1.60, and the result is exactly what your pics show. Updating to the latest SMIM and re-install ELFX fixed the issue for me.

actually i installed the ELFX meshes for SMIM

Make sure you update to the LATEST SMIM, which is 1.60. If you are using anything older, you need to uninstall ELFX and its SMIM meshes first, then update to the latest SMIM, install ELFX then finally ELFX SMIM meshes.
