Sims4 stuck in loading screen after fresh win 11 install

So, i had to do a fresh install of win 11.  I copy and pasted my mods, tray and saves after loading sims up but when i try to load again it's stuck in the loading screen before the main menu. 

I moved the mods folder to the desktop to see if it'll load and it did without issue. When i moved it back it freezes again. Any tips or tricks you guys know to resolve this?

nevermind, figured it out. it was the show mods at startup list that was preventing it to load.
