Messed up Mountains

So I was playing around on a clean install after deciding to finally transition onto the latest version of AE for Skyrim. However, for some reason, my mountains are messed up.

I've tried installing a snow mod and the rustic mountains mod but this did not fix my issue.

Looks like a parallax issue. Try installing Auto Parallax or reinstall your mountain textures/meshes so they match.
