Body Mods and Vilja

I've been using Vilja so far in my game without any issues. I recently tried playing around with some of the various body mods, mostly CBBE. Now she won't autochange her clothes! She will change her wardrobe based on the location, but will only change the boots, accessories, etc. She will also wear armor just fine when I tell her, but she won't put on normal clothes the way she would before, based on the location.

 

I've tried rolling back to the way things were but seem to have messed it up. I have no idea why she will wear armor when I tell her to, but not her other wardrobes.

 

Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

You would be better off asking for assistance on their page. They introduced an entire download to explain that new system, which I am personally not dealing with.
